Recipe 1: Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients:
11/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4teaspoon salt
3/4 cup light cream
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 425-degree Fahrenheit.
2. Measure out each and every ingredient.
3. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
4. Add cream gradually and mix to create dough.
5. Sprinkle some flour on a board and knead the dough.
6. Spread the dough out using a rolling pin.
7. Use a biscuit cutter to make pieces of dough.
8. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
9. Place cut dough pieces on the baking sheet.
10. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and serve.

Recipe 2: Gingerbread Men Cookies
Ingredients:
350g plain flour
100g dark muscovado sugar
140g unsalted butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 balls stem ginger from a jar (chopped)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
a pinch of salt
For Decorations:
50g icing sugar
2 balls stem ginger
glacé cherries (undyed and sliced)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200-degree Celsius/180-degree Celsius fan/gas 6.
2. Place baking parchment on baking sheets.
3. Heat a pan to melt butter, then sugar, and syrup.
4. In a bowl, combine flour, bicarbonate of soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and salt.
5. Add butter mixture and chopped ginger. Stir to mix all ingredients to create dough.
6. Spread out using a rolling pin.
7. Use a molder to make gingerbread men shapes.
8. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray.
9. Place gingerbread men pieces on baking sheets.
10. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool for a few minutes.
11. Combine icing sugar and water in a bowl. Stir well until it becomes smooth and thick.
12. Decorate each gingerbread man with the icing sugar mixture and sliced cherries to create eyes and buttons.

Recipe 3: Gluten-Free Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
140g unsalted butter (softened, with extra for greasing)
200g caster sugar
250g carrots (grated)
140g sultanas
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
200g gluten-free self-raising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
50g mixed nuts (chopped)
For the Icing:
75g butter (softened)
175g icing sugar
3 tsp cinnamon (with extra for dusting)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180-degree Celsius/160-degree Celsius fan/gas 4.
2. Grease a loaf tin with butter, and place a baking parchment.
3. Melt butter and stir in sugar.
4. Add carrots and sultanas.
5. Gradually pour eggs into the mixture.
6. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and chopped nuts into the mixture. Stir to combine all ingredients and until become smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the loaf tin.
8. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and cool.
10. Beat the remaining butter in a bowl. Add cinnamon and icing sugar.
11. Continue beating until the mixture becomes creamy and thick.
12. Spread icing all over the cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts.
Recipe 4: Lemon Cupcakes
140g unsalted butter (softened)
100g caster sugar
140g self-raising flour
2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
1/2 zest lemon
For the Butter Cream Icing:
85g butter (softened)
175g icing sugar
1/2 lemon juice and zest
sprinkles or sweets
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180-degree Celsius/160-Celsius fan/gas 4.
2. Place cupcake paper on a 12-hole bun tin.
3. Melt butter and stir in sugar. Combine in a bowl.
4. Add lemon zest, and gradually mix eggs.
5. Add flour and continue mixing all ingredients until becomes thick and creamy.
6. Spoon batter onto each cupcake case.
7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool and set aside.
8. Beat butter. Add icing sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Mix to combine all ingredients.
9. Spread the butter mixture on top and sides of the cake.
10. Decorate with candies and other sprinkles of your choice.

Recipe 5: Banana Muffins
Ingredients
200g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large bananas (mashed)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
150g caster sugar
1 egg
75g butter (melted)
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180-degree Celsius/Gas 4.
2. Place baking paper cases in a muffin tin.
3. Mix flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt in a bowl.
4. In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, egg, melted butter, and sugar.
5. Pour flour mixture onto bowl of the banana mixture. Stir to combine ingredients and until become smooth.
6. Spoon batter into each baking paper case.
7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for a few minutes.
8. Decorate the top with sprinkles.
